Thanks to everyone who tags along, comments and gives advise. I appreciate you all. And to the ghosts growing the hit counter, thanks for ghostin :)

amazing garden. Every plant looks great. I like how the black cherry soda look at this point, a round perfect bush.

I hear ya about how every nook and cranny in CA seems to have it's own micro climate. Kinda dry down here, but almost every single night the breeze picks up over the mountains and brings a little humidity. The temp difference between night and day can be huge at times.

Some $$$$ people down here also have vineyards in their hillside yards, but i think its more of a landscaping choice rather than actual good wine production. Whereas the real California wine regions are more naturally inclined to grow the grapes, that's just my guess though.

I cut my teeth, learning all that I could from some very smart and helpful old men in the Salmon Creek California area as a young man. They all had vineyards in the front and pot in the back. Often if I was able to stay long enough in the season I would start to help them take down the grapes to make wine once we had a good handle on the herb production part.

Respect TTS....

90% of my old head private med site members on the left coast own and run long-established agricultural enterprises EXACTLY as you stated above ...

Vineyards and various crops in the front for Uncle Sam , and IRA/retirement fund in the back....Got at least 3 growbro`s in the Salmon Creek area that`re wealthy pillars of the community and give back greatly cuz they`re able , regardless if most of the fiscal profits came from dope cultivars over the yrs.....anyways....

Girls are rockin.....Guess some of that knowledge gained from "Old men" paid off.....again....killer work and thanks for your time.....

Peace....DHF.....:ying:.....

Thanks man. In a way, what I do here is my way of trying to pass along their knowledge. I got really lucky and made friends with the right girls in my dorms at OSU freshman year. Met their parents and got a opportunity. In today's world its hard to trust people, I wold never let some stony kid I just met come and work on my farm, but maybe the world was different 10-15 years ago? Anyway, yea they taught so much more than gardening for sure. Love those dudes, im going to email one of them right now and make a trip soon back to the homeland :)

Samson, Nice show.. Looking like a strong start approaching
the finishing lap..

Maybe I missed it earlier in the thread but whats up with that smart pot the black cherry twins are in? Did you mend two pots together or did you buy it like that?

Blessings Of A Bountiful Harvest,

FE

Thanks for the kind words, and welcome to the thread! I made the BCS beds and the boost beds out of a roll of smart pot fabric I traded for in the spring, Rebar and zip ties hold it together, ended up around 650 gallon of soil went into it.

Light Dep Update

Light Dep Update

Day 46 of pulling this damn tarp and the fruits of my labor are finally starting to show themselves. As the outdoor full season plants continue to blow up and grow or stretch, these ladies just keep packing on the weight ad frost. The Obama and Purple Cadillac will come down in 10 days at 8 weeks. The white, Dinafem Diesel and Dog Walker will take 70 full days.

Nice white urkel, never seen that before. Do you know how she yields compared to the purp urkel?

Its an OG Raskal fem seed I grew out, so this is my first round with her. Seems like it's going to yeild really well if I give her enough time, which I will since the dog walker is also a 70+ day strain. No purple smell to it at all thus far. Smells just like samples of the white I've tried before.

Took down a HashBerry today, The Frankenberry later this week, (Maybe next sunday). The Hashberry started to throw a few male bananas and I can't have that near my main beds. Today was day 49, in the smaller pilot bed. After I took her down I killed off her clones, can't have pollen sacs at day 49. Next in line to replace the Blue Dream is the HeadBand, which seams to love the Outdoors.

Nice commitment to tarp pulling. I am a huge fan.

Peace

Thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and PMs to me regarding my family and the smoke. It's a little better today and is supposed to rain Thursday, which would help everyone and everything around here. My wife was in Ashland today and said people were walking around town in masks. No fire close enough to threaten the farm but the smoke is hazardous to everyone's health

Damn nice greenhouse nuggets!! How does that white urkel smell? SL

It's bizarre, no purple to her at all. The Trich coverage is unbelievable though. Never smoked the white but I'm assuming this is what it looks like. The mature hairs are a dark chocolate brown, also something I've never really seen before. Looks like it's going to yeild well though, lots of real big hard nugs all over her.
