in Peru, when someone has an illness, they traditionally tie strings to the hair of a cavy (guinea pig).....these strings represent the illness itself.....then they set the guinea pig free and let it run......supposedly the guinea pigs run back to an ancient cave where powerful healing takes place, and this is the treatment for the illness....
i know it might sound strange, but it is an ancient Inca custom......they use guinea pigs in all sorts of folk medicine rituals.....

Very sad to read this, but nice to see a positive turn today.
I dont know anything about Mr.Buck/AnnaC other than what i've read in this thread he's obviously made an impact on people for the better.. so I am saddened nontheless for a complete stranger.
I've had family and friends stricken with this horrible disease and seen them fight so I feel for you and yours. Luckily for me and I wish the same for your family, I've yet to lose one, their all still here and living.
