Hemp is its own battle. Only problem with legal hemp is rogue pollen, but i think they'd have sense enough to sanction that shit where it wont effect major outoor grow locations. Its crazy how this bill split the grow community in half.

I just think people used hemp as an excuse to vote no. It seems they were looking for ANY and EVERY excuse to justify a no vote. We all know the real reason....

MMJ is already scrutinized enough by the anti-crowd as to medical marijuana being "medical excuse marijuana". That is what 19 said about hemp, in the "Amendments" section-- Where in there do you see them defining it as an intoxicant or subjecting it to huge tax??
It said nothing about that, nor did it affiliate hemp with Prop 19...it only stipulated that it could be addressed in a future Amendment--
