cheers, sorry about the lack of pics but things are so hectic my end at the minute with work and im having my garden ladnscaped + outdoor projects going on etc etc

i think it may well have been the biggest sour 60 grown to date with pics to prove it so im happy with the outcome + she was grown using led lights which i still think is gonna replace hps lights in the very near future

id say the sour is really easy to grow and does get quite hungry i probably could of pushed for more weight if i had used lst or some form of cropping but the thing with autos is you never know is they are gonna stay small or grow big so its a chance you take

illl defo try and get some dry weights up when shes finished and some kinda smoke report

ill leave you now with some sour 60 root porn which was healthy as fook

let me tell you about the sour 60......

the smell is quite strong on the buds and its even stronger when you crack a nug open, you get hit full on with a fruity blueberry/bubblegum/hash smell

the smoke itself was very smooth with a floral tatse thats really hard to describe, the effects are of a social nature its more of an uplifting kinda stone and it makes you more active, i wouldnt recommened smoking a joint of this before going to bed at night its definatly more of an ealrly morning/midday kinda smoke

people who have smoked it did comment that it was an enjoyable smoke but it didnt match the quality of max gom, uk smokers are really hard to please when it comes to quality, i find a lot of people around my manner like the heavier indica stone more than the uplifiting vibes but its all down to personal preferences

id recommened the sour to grow out for definate because there are quite a few phenos to be had, my previous sour was more zesty/sour compared to this one and the smoke off of that was stunning so i think its safe to say its a lucky dip with what you end up with

my sour has taken a back seat because ive had some nice strains being passed my way just latley consisting of white widow, uk cheese, lemon haze and snow white which dont come round my way very often

id place the sour at number 4 on my strains list so she has made it into my top 5 strains but ive got the pineapple express and little cheese to try out yet and by the smell of the express i could have a new number 1 on the way

I think the general consensus of UK tokers are just used to getting mashed up by bud, and if it's something more subtle it's frowned upon abit. Not pigeon holing anyone at all but what you say rings true here aswell.

I like more euphoric/uplifting smoke personally, would kill for a real sativa smoke.

P.S nice scales man, I could do with some similar or sweet shop/market scales

uk growers are used to the heavy indicas because we can only grow indoors and sativas get to big and take to long so if it doesnt have that heavy indica hit they class it as shit weed

i think you need more than kitchen scales for your harvests mitch, you need one of those ones that hang down with a hook on them so you can bag all ya weed and get a proper reading

I think there's alot of great Sativa dom hybrids out there that are manageable indoor.
Not really a commercial choice though.

i think its good to grow both methods, just the accuracy n control of running hydro will teach u alot about growing but in the end all that watering, nutes, time, dicking around for a product that isnt as good isnt something i can get excited over any more.

Great work Skotty , you had great results with s60. I had great results also, i had 5 fems from a pack , i ended up with 3 very indica dom plants. All with different smells , lime , none and slight bubblegum. I also had 2 sativa dom S60's, both finishing extremely fast. I found the sativa dom plants needed a good cure to bring out a better product. Once again good job mate!
