Glad you don't have them in "outdoor soil"; fumigation with synthetics is what works for most (not organic). IMHO, find the source of "contamination" and stay off the never ending "pesticide hamster-wheel".

Heat (no synthetics/poisons) is how I controlled the lil buggers.

The jumping specs are indeed springtails.
The worms dont seem to be trying to eat them now. They settle to the bottom of the tray and I can get large samples of them. There are for sure no legs or antenna on them.
When they dry in the bottom of the saucer they die.
I had a sample of them in a measuring glass. I dropped in a tiny bit of sm90 and they died.
