bean, I have never seen a romulan look like that! I have never got romulan to yeild either, if those are from federation seeds than it's like growing trainwreck seeds.. 
Nandro's nugs look like the romulan out here, that we have been getting and growing for years.. the one I gren was light green, super crystal, and had intense pine flavor with a trippy sativa/indica euphoria high... I'd say euphoric indica, almost psychedelic.
