Roadside body cavity searches

I'm surprised the cop doesn't have a broken finger, black eye, or a broken nose. Loudly yell no, then yell rape, then bust em good. Then sue after the fact.

Great idea man...

1) Yell Rape - Get charged with disordly conduct and public nusiance.

2) Hit the Officer - Go to jail for 10 years for assaulting a public official, or even get charged with attempted murder.

3) Sue the officer - Your case will be dismissed, and u will owe a ridiculosly large amount in court costs,

U must not be from the states, thats how shit goes down here everyday.

I am from the states, grew up in Georgia in fact. I don't care what authority you think you have, you're not going to do a cavity search on the side of the road on me. I'd like to see where that's legal anywhere. Just because you have a badge doesn't mean it's not rape and then it's self defense. It isn't assaulting a public official if they are doing something illegal. It is not disorderly conduct or public nusiance for someone to yell for help when they are being attacked, or to yell rape when they are being raped. That's what they tell women to do when they are being attacked. Only way the lawsuit would drop is if you're in a really corrupt city. Then again Georgia is talking about changing the definition of rape and there are no longer rape victims.

As far as that's how shit goes down here everyday, I've never heard or seen of anyone getting a body cavity search on the side of the road. In Austin they can get a warrant to take your blood from a traffic stop but they have to take you to a hospital or facility and have a trained phlebotomist take the blood. The officer can't do it, and it can't be done on the side of the road.

The police chief disbanded the Red Dog unit, a new one concentrating on violent crime will take it's place.
