Bay area rapper and cannabis entrepreneur The Jacka was shot and kilt tonight in east Oakland.
I met him a few times both at rap shows and cannabis cups, real laid back n cool dude. His earlier music is some of my favorite slaps. Definitely will be missed. RIP Jacka.
