we're all gonna die but a pity she passed away so young, and was always a fervent activist to say the least.

... What puzzled me was that I heard her friendship with Marc & Jodie went down the toilet...

The toilet came after her, Marc, and Greg Williams got busted (The BC3).
No one but them knows what happened, but it was at a time where most friends would stick together for a fight. I don't think Jodie was invited to the funeral. Something bad went down and she took the story with her.
