i recently broke my very first glass bong. he was named "haymaker", cuz it only took one good hit to get "knocked the fuck out". i dropped it on my basement carpet(it's finished basement) and it shattered! i was upset about the bong but my wife was more upset about the lovely smell the bong water left on the carpet. i held a funeral for "hay" to help me ease my pain. then i buried him in my recycling can! lol

I keep my glass pipes in padded pouches. When I take 'em out, I'm extremely careful with 'em. I broke about four pieces last year! Since I got padded pouches, I haven't broken a single piece.

Yeah..padded pouches are A MUST..my girlfriend bought me a glass spoon for my birthday and made a pouch to go with it. Needless to say my trusty pipe is still with me

Try making one yourself....its quite easy..

Everybody watch out where you step! There is way too much broken glass in this thread.
Sorry to hear of all the misfortune with your pipes. Myself, I like smoking out of glass, but it is way too expensive for my budget to buy one. I'd rather use the money on weed. :wink:
So here is what I smoke out of when not smokin' a doob.
