Hola amigos
I´m glad you enjoyed the pics!
My buddies planted the colombian in June...and they did a sloppy work indeed...the plants were too crowded.Even so,a couple of the plants reached 15ft (almost 4.5 meters)!!
I know that if started in March-April,they would easily reach 20´ :D

jeje preciosas !!! Hey Raco we spoke about the floor in the pine forest, i'm glad they fixed up the dirt, I can see that clearly now, but the looser dirt from the natice dirt with such tall girls and strong wind is scarey..might want too put a few rocks under there I see a girl in the back ground that looks like its not getting pulled out of the dirt, but I'm kinda getting that feeling with real strong wind that it could. Also the long slender branches jeje but you can always tape those back up if anything...but I remember that you mentioned harvest will be soon, I hope they mature on time as they look wonderfull, just love those tops !!! jeje Un fuerte abrazo.

HI bonecraver !

Thanks for your words . Oh yeah the panama enjoyed the coco perlite mix, but handwatering was really fun :D She went 20 weeks from seed in 12/12.
The CG was really hard to control. I mean this is my first pure sat ever , so I made a lot of mistakes, my timer went wrong during flowering several times. So I am happy to be able to finish her.

Peace

Nice girls, Spangli! What 'lumbo line is that?
EDIT: I see it's CG. Never mind the question.

Hi Weedninja :)

It is from Luiz ( BSC). From three seeds planted one male, one hermie and this girl came up. Smoked the hermie and it was the sweetest weed I ever tasted.
Can't wait for this one to dry out and begin curing.

hehe nice to hear everything went well after all those problems!

i really like to use coco also for sativas - it makes the nutricion program easier to control.

nice job!

Do you use it pure or mixed with perlite? Or some nice soil mix with coco, perlite, soil, guano, humus?

When the timer went wrong at the 7 week of 12/12 and went 24/0 for a week I freaked out of the girls becoming her. But they did not fortunately. The temps in the summer were around 37 indoors or higher and they loved it. So these lines are both really stable lines, no hermies.

i dont mix coco with perlite - but i do use expanded clay at times. but really i cant say if its necesary coco draining so well anyway..

when i mix soil into the coco i use the "composano" but i NEVER ad guano really - not for indoor - its just not very effective. i have sometimes used a bit of humus de lombriz for young plants in the mix - but that is just to save watering and nutes for a little while..

in the end mixing the coco too much with guano, humus etc you loose the beneficial properties of the coco since the added substances all hold water too well and dont alove for the rapid air exchange needed for premium growth in coco.

please have a look in the hand watering coco thread in my signature - the info uis a bit old but it should answer a lot of questions... hm i should rewrite the info to get it up to date some day hehe :D but got no time..

the period of 24/0 of light is no problem really for the plants - SO LONG there is no shorter nights than 12. the flowering hormones are only produced during the dark hours - so a plant with no night doesnt really know if its been one long day or what. it takes several weeks sometimes to get plants to start revegging. but putting the timer back to its normal cycle will put everything back in order in a few days.

its much worse having breaks of light during the night hours :D

all the best :D

i use coco specific nutes for best results.

I ordered from Luiz, got crushed seeds, only 1 wasn't crushed, this was about one year ago. I took pictures of the seed and sent them to him, he said he would replace them 3 times as I never received replacements. I think that maybe shipping to me wasn't so good, maybe customs grabbed them, other than that things seemed to be ok, didn't get to grow them out though, lost the one seed of colo black. That being said I have heard in europe, people have received their seeds in good condition.

el gordo: there is a discussion of the BSC earlier in this thread. Look about 20 pages back.

thanks weedninja and limeygreen for your responses. Hey stoned! it's really possible to grow wild sativas in the north of Spain, only need a bit of work, not hard to do it with a nice greenhouse, or at least protecting them from the night cold when freezes (which dont happen usually here until the 15th of november approx). Saludos!
