Is that the old reeferman ?
These seeds come from an member of Vibes Collective forum (RIP), I think they were worked by rahan (a wellknowed french grower) but I'm not sure, I need to talk him about this particular batch to know the origin but he's difficult to find these last years... :)

That's impressive Panama 1974

Is that the old reeferman ?

Nope, actually it came from an US member from the Vibes Collective called Green Grocer, who has been working with those for some years and trying to source legit old Panama genes. Then he kindly passed the genetics on to Rahan, Charlie Garcia and some others. Then they were preserved by Rahan, JGL and others at the Vibes Co.

The line also became one of the foundation for CBG/ACE's Panama hybrid as far as I know.

Green Grocer is still looking for the Panama grail and growing some other sativas.

Big respect.

looks great Samson, seems very early for haze to be flowering already... or are you in the tropics or southern hemisphere? I know haze wouldn't start flowering for another month or so where I am at.

I'm in south Texas. Last year she didn't start until late September. Then she hermied while I tried to reveg her. Im wondering if that has something to do with it. She has 2 branches that like to throw male flowers. If she didn't produce such amazing bud I'd have let her go. She has that spicey/metalic hazey flavor and she will wreck anyone who underestimates her potency. It can be truly frightening.

OAXACAN PURPLE LINE X BAGLUNG NEPALI
I feel this is the first of the finest pure Sativa lines of this caliber suitable for northern latitude, outdoor 45 degrees and high altitude.
This strain is so stable all the plants from seed look like clones.
She has the sweet smell of wild fruits and berries.
THERE ARE STILL SEEDS AVAILABLE

Id like to know whats causing this lady to finish so fast. I believe it has something to do with it throwing male flowers. She is every bit a pure haze sativa and will finish around early October.

I think pollen dusting one arm of a plant makes less likely to throw balls...

Its an enzyme or hormonal thing and if the plant gets seeded a little in a controlled way its got its fix

Im not a scientist or even a botanist...just my hypothesis!

nature finds a way....Its just not always our way
