Hey question for you sativa lovers 
can Ultimate Sativa’s have very distinctive different effects in the entire “spectrum” ? … I mean if you want to be a connoisseur about it all.. i’ve watched a lot of you over the years grow many different kinds of sativa’s I’m curious what the “heads” are like… Generally people talk about a soaring uplifting energetics euphoric introspective type of high

What’s the seed stock, Maha? Afropips or something else?malawi gold, I got over 20 of these. finally I got to growing it... I grew it at 2009 or so, just few plants. let see what is inside

I’m sure when you compare your Nevil x THH to say the ICMag haze, you notice quite different effects? I’ve not sampled your N x THH but having grown the ICM haze, I have an idea that one is pure rocket fuel for the brain while the other has dreamier qualities lurking. I’ll use Ace OTH as an example I have good experience with. A high quality pure green plant has a very caffeinated (or coca) like effect. Each hit sends you soaring higher and higher. Physical agitation is a very real phenomenon. The purple or darker side of OTH is dreamier, much more introspective with body effects. My last green OTH was actually somewhere in between…so yes, definitely very different effects even in the same gene pool.
imho The original haze has a “pure and better high” if I was to compare it to the NHz x Posi … which also has that similar high it may even be stronger but it’s a little bit more darkness… interestingly enough the Wallyduck NHz x C5 May even be more potent but even more darker for lack of a better word
Yes, the NL is the dark side and everything it touches seems to have something of its shimmer.
I like this description in dubi's Thai A5 thread (which I am yet to grow);
In Thai A5 Haze, the raw power and production of the A5 have been sacrificed but we have managed to substantially improve the quality of its effects, which are much more positive, pleasant, creative, expansive and ceiling-less in this Thai cross than in the original A5 Haze clone, diluting the dirty, heavy, dark and negative psychoactivity of the Afghan Indica NL #5

shame were not closer id like to try it ,, the f2s were nice i liked one more than others in effect had similar terps to what hempy describes in his thai <thats not in there > all were long flowering ,,,I eyed those up a bit. Good to hear you got something good.have a cut of an F1 that needs to be spread around. Pure strong limey gassy terps, hybrid high with a little uppity in the front end.

I am sure it is very nice cross, but I would recommend to flowerpower something without NL from ACE. like zamaldelica or golden tiger, so he can try something without NL and original haze in it... something different.

Yes, I wasn't so much recommending the ThaiA5, but kind of found the description of the NL5 dirty, heavy, dark and negative psychoactivity kind of funny! I do have the ThaiA5 but not grown it.I am sure it is very nice cross, but I would recommend to flowerpower something without NL from ACE. like zamaldelica or golden tiger, so he can try something without NL and original haze in it... something different.

I agree if I was looking for an ACE sativa without NL (or indica), zamaldelica would be a great choice as would the Thai dom Golden Tiger, their Honduras and crosses too. I've grown a cross of the zamaldelica x Kali China which was excellent. Might be too indica for you, but the Kali China adds something interesting.
tropical boogie doesnt have any NL symptoms. kona gold as sativa dom cultivar doesnt disturb clarity and cerebral qualities of thaihaze. yet Kona takes flowering down to 12 weeks..

" #2 plant I did take a sample at 10 weeks and had some after a quick dry. Very smooth floral/mango taste with a quick onset of effect. It is energetic, a touch racy but nothing crazy and euphoric. Aside from the initial head pressure it tightens my chest but it doesn't make me anxious or nervous...obviously needs a good cure but thought I'd mention my initial experience. I took about 2 joints worth off #2 and smoked each down to my fingertips...really tasty and effect is my kind of ride. Good duration even without cure of about 2.5 hours easy between hits.
plant #2 is exceptional in effect and potency. It has a fuely mango taste with a mild spicy hazy undertone that is so very smooth even with no long term cure. I will wait to properly cure before I post my final thoughts but wanted you to know 1st. I'm getting 2.5 hours between hits and loving every minute. A 1gram joint will carry me all afternoon."

I bet it was great. zamaldelica has great qualities... so its crosses.

I think I have some Zamaldelica circa 2010. I’ve grown out the Panama Haze and it’s a very enjoyable experience. Very nice yielding. Honduras Haze was an absolute treat. Still enjoying the jar and it’s 2 years old now. I’ll be growing and exploring that cross in more detail for sure.
