Reverse scrog lst ~ take a look!

Hello,

After reading a lot on the forums, I finally settled for the LST technique for my plants. I do not have a lot of space so I wanted my plants to be as bushy as I can and prevent them from growing to tall.

LST and SCRoG seemed to do the trick but I tought SCRoG looked like to much work and would be going to be hard to do in a cab as small as mine.

The problem with LST on my setup was where to tie the branches:

So this is what I have came up with... THE REVERSE SCROG!!!

I just took a piece of wire mesh and I cuted a hole in it. Then I slided the pot back in the hole.

These two clones are white widow @ 14 days that I've put strait to budding.

Tell me what you think!

Hey friends,

I am glad you like the idea. I hope it will stick!

I will post pictures of the plants tomorrow to show how they look after they start to shape up.

Good job man. I like the LS methods myself. Use pinching a bit too. Excellent fore thought. Thats what it is all about.

Peace

Hey Dopey, thanks for the comment. I'll post pictures of the small buds tomorrow after my upgrade (new fan and cooltube).

I can see small buds forming under the cannopy. Maybe I should trim a little to help them, I started a thread on this topic.

Hey,

I did not update for some time because I am now building a new, improved cab with more space and better integrated in my walk in. Stay tuned!

Last week I bought a new aeroflow 162 CFM fan and hooked it up to my shower exit line that passed just over my closet. I droped my temperature from 36 to 25-26.

Here is the plant @ day 30:

I can't believe there is still 30 days to go! The nugs are already looking fat and tasty. You don't see it in this shot but the buds are going all the way down. :yummy:

And here are the hashberry and LUI seedlings and the white widow moms:

I almost bought the double dutch seeds at auction today but I still need to sex those hashberries and try to grow them.

Cheers!

I really don't know how scroggers are changing their water but here is my method:

The screen is tied to the lid. I have two identical reservoirs. Every saturday, I take the unused one and I do a new mix. I bring it to my cab and I just put the lid on it. I then wash the old one and store it until the next week.

I do not have a ph meter yet but AFAIK, my nutes are quite stable. To test the solution, I'll just have to lift the lid and dip it in.

About it, I still don't get how people change their water when they use a fixed screen for their scrog??

Oh and BTW, these were put to flowering strait from clones. Next time, I'll try to fill the screen before turning the switch to 12/12.

Thats awesome, probably quicker rotations as well, normally you have to really train up into the screen, now you just fold it under.
