I have re-vegged my lifesaver plant that i liked alot but it was an indica. I was thinking about reveging my Zamal A X Warlock but its a sativa and doesnt have the same groth charicterisitcs and was wondering if there is a different way to reveg sativas? Or should i just cut most of the bud off and leave a few bud sites and some leaves and hope it comes back?

Thanks
Theio!

I love this place, where else can you ask questions like this!

Thats an interesting q man

Most of my growing experience has been with indica dominants so i too would be interested to see what the sativa gardeners say..... especially if there are any different re-vegging habbits you need to take into account. Difference in the size of rroot ball? Differences in prunning techs? etc

Hey TheIO,
Nice to see your attempting a Sativa Re-Veg... I'm primarily a Sativa indoor grower and have never attempted a Re-Veg on any of our Canabis species/sub. I was always put off about the lower yield and perhaps lower THC production? I will be watching this thread like a Hawk. I'm sure there will be some good info for you available soon from other re-vegers!

Well i am trying the same thing i did for my lifesaver plants... Basicly you cut off most of the buds leave one or 2 little clusters with some leaves. Then i ferted it with some veg ferts and put it in 18 hours light. I did this yesterday, the plant perked up after the harvest as of today, ill keep everyone updated... Hopefully it works.

Cheers,
Theio

I have always read that revegging any cannabis plant cause a degredation of potency, genetic consistancy etc, but I am no expert, I am sure one of our roving reporters will chime in soon with some answers ... LOL:D

Yah ive heard the same thing, but i dont really have the room to take clones then flower out the mother and decide if i want to keep the clone... so ive been re-veging the plants i like... If you lose a little potency its alright, i mean the shit that comes out of my chamber is always way more potent than anything i could buy.... :)

Heres the outcome of the reveg test...
One that responded by growing new leaves

One that responded by growing more flowers eventhough it was in 18 hours light
