i wasnt sure where to post this - and i couldnt really find info about it through my account.. But can anyone tell me about "UserCP" and Reputation points? I never really used forums too often before this, so I dont really understand.. Thanks for the help. Hope you're all having a wonderful morning!

Reputation/karma is basically how cool you are. Notice how you have one green dot thingy and I have 5? That means I am 5 times more cool than you

Its supposed to be(rep points) givin to people for giving good grow info or showing really nice pix of there grow.But mostly(not intended imo) its for the kids in the Tokers Den for saying they drink bongwater and sniff there grammas panties.I dont know why they should get points for dumb ass wastes of space(stupid non MJ threads )but i guess the kids just keep giving them back n forthe for no reason at all,lmfao.Lotta good info those children bring to IC,lol .But if you want good rep points for the reason it should be used,imo,just help out when you can,show some stuff and just be helpful with pointers/info and youll see them come flying in.Or you can say in the tokers den ,/My dog licks my feet at night,do i stil have to bathe/and the kiddies will load you up with Rep too,lol.Good luck Bro,hope you show some sweet grows in yer threads.Peace and stay safe,PVP

OGs rep system would only give you points if it were grow related if i recall correctly. Where as IC gives you a point for tokers den or growers forums. I dotn think rep counts for much really, its just a green dot in cyberspace in the end. Has no bearing on your grow or ability to grow. I think its more of a message system at this point

Mostly correct Mr Nevermind, OG had a sliding scale karma system. That gave more points for grow related forums and less points for their den. If you held your cursor over your karma bars it would tell you how many points you got and the percentage you received thru grow related forums.

It's ment to show new and old members which people's growing advice would tend to be believable. You don't get a lot of positive karma for bad advice.

People who worry about rep points need a life LOL, it's basically a way for people to approve or "dissaprove" of you...a basically egotistical and teenage tool that makes people feel important about this fake internet world....
