im voting yes for all legalization initiatives...these new ones seem to get the right idea no blatent secret agendas that benefit the super rich like the last bill...

although you guys gotta watch out and be careful....certain groups like ASA are very corrupt and trying to corner the industry...they get in bed with politicians and actually lobby for MORE RESTRICTIONS on dispensaries and grows that clearly benefit the ones they already setup....BigHerbTree i think you are in SD thats where one of the corrupt groups is, and the other is up here in oaksterdamn in bed with harborside health center.....these motherfuckers are trying to create monopolies and be the only ones who can commercially grow and sell marijuana...

I did read that but its in Washington not Cali. knowing how our political system has reacted in the past its more likely they would choose the bill with the most restrictions. If we all vote for both and are passed we are leaving it up to the politicians to decide witch one to employ. If i vote for the cannabis wine act and they both pass they could through out the wine act and implement the one with more restriction's,Taxes, fees blah blah. I could be way off but I can See this as a problem why create a problem. The community should back the best bill and pass that bill IMO.

I don't think so...a Voter Initiative cannot be limited (as we were shown with "Limits" in SB420, because 215 said nothing about limits--)...so it would prolly be a merging of the 2...meaning they would have to take the highest limits from both, since one cannot limit the other--
I very much doubt it will get that far tho--:tiphat:

dood ALL these "advocate" groups are corrupt as shit. the all either have 2 agendas. and its either monopolize for ONLY them .... or to front like they are working towards legalization so they can keep getting all them fat donations to keep them living comfy while really doing zero work and racking up all this publicity like they are some real fucking heros. im not sure which is worst....
