My first gaming system was Colecovision. Had the special controllers that wrapped around the knuckles, and the steering wheel, gas pedal, for playing Turbo. Which was the only driving game I had for it!

Someone already mentioned it, but I too spent many hours on Legend of Zelda, as well.

I can still remember that damn tune !!!!

What came after it, wasn't it , Link something or other?

I still play now and again.. I use the emulators.. They have emulators for almost every system.. All the Ataris, Segas, Nintendos.. even Gameboy! lol... truly some fun in those.. I bought the playstation shaped controller.. you just assign each button on the control.. The cool thing about most of the emulators is that they have a save feature.. so you can save your game in the middle of anything.. I played Pitfall on Atari.. and it just kept going.. and going.. lol. peace~ djsf

I never got into home systems, I was a 25¢ per play player :)

I had a huge arcade center nearby my home and I hung out at & worked in bars; whether it was the hottest new pinball or video game I always lined up to play, you either got good @ your favorites or you did a bunch of waitin' & payin' than playing....... :dance013:

....I keep telling myself...."one of these days"...

Jeez... I bet that dude has the worlds best porn archive too!
My grandfather used to run an ice skating ring and my dad ended up with all these pinballs and video games.
He used to store them in my garage and Id play those all the time.
Our favorite was probably space invaders, but I spent a lot of time on 1942 and a carnaval shooting game that I cant remember the name of.

I still remember the code to Mike Tyson:

007-373-5963

I think the code to Contra is:

up up down down left right left right b a start

I don't forget numbers. I know pi to the 51st decimal by heart:

3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510

I learned that tripping on acid! For some reason, I don't forget numbers.

I think it was ps3 that you could play old school NES games on.
A buddy had some old school shit on one of his newer systems.
I got all fucking high and thought I was back in 3rd grade!

No it's Wii, costs a couple euro's. I've got a bunch of NES, SNES, Sega games on it. Feels more authentic than PC Roms but still miss the real retro feeling...
