Regalia: Foliar feeding question

Would it be better to foliar spray plants while the lights are on or off with the regalia mold preventative maintenance stuff?

During thier daytime, lights reduced, off or raised, lots of air flow, lights back to normal after most of the water has been absorbed.

Not trying to vex you or question your expertise.. just seeking some knowledge.

I agree with everything you say as I'm about to test of the regalia with a foliar. I usually turn fans off at the beginning of foliar so that it can soak in well..

Should i be leaving the fans on? after reading through the safety data sheets it seems it may be best to leave fans off.. of course it doesn't specifically say so i don't think.
