refridgerator modification

So i was about to rip out the cooling portion of a fridge that I just got when I got to thinking about heat. Before I get into a long story nobody wants to hear:

Does anyone know how to modify the thermostat on a fridge so it only kicks on when the temps get over say 80F? I mean what a sweet deal if I only need to tuck in a few fans for fresh air instead of cooling right?
