My transaction was not without issues, either. Today is five weeks to the day. So I could be nit-picky about some things, but at the end of the day my purchase made it safely into my hands.

So I’m HAPPY!

Note the customer service hotline. Maybe it would serve you better? Might be worth a try.

Alot of people had alot of issues with the new site it is tech related. Myself i was double charged for a pack of tunas. So i said id take 2 fine. Took a long ass time i ordered dec 11 got them like a month later.

After some dude se t me a email telling me i had to complete the transaction and pay here yada ya. He didnt have a list of what was sent out just sent broad emails telling people to pay, i sent a pissy email reef got back said it was a cc issue most people who paid via cc had delay and issues.

I did hear back from charles after 3 weeks no response via text. He said hes very busy.

Hopefully he has some free time soon to hit the forums

Looks like Reef has updated his packaging. No more corrugated plastic with the q-tips to keep the seeds in place, lol.

I've been waiting for my order since January 1 and have not received a response in over 2 weeks after being told my order was shipped 3-4 weeks ago.

Please contact me about my order when you see this Charles.

Here’s a timeline of my customer experience:

I made contact through the website regarding some pricing questions. I received a timely reply from Charles himself. He answered my question. So me said to myself, “let’s do this!”.

Day one: I placed my order through the website without registering. It’s stated that CC orders will be charged within 24 to 48 hours.

Day five: No notification that my card has been charged, no notification that it hadn’t been. Just nothing. I’d also been checking my card daily for the charge.

I made contact via a different email address on the website. Again received a timely reply from Charles stating that they were having issues with their CC payment service. He offered me an alternate method of payment that would’ve treated my order as a cash payment, allowing for my order to be shipped within 24 hours. I declined and told him I really wasn’t in a hurry for them. I just wanted to make sure I didn’t miss out on stock due to the delay. He assured me I was fine in that regard. So I told him to just go with the card.

Would it have been nice to have received an email notifying me of the CC issues? Damn straight it would’ve been! However the lack of information could be on me. I didn’t register with the website and it clearly says if you do you will then be able to track the progress of your order. So maybe had I registered I would’ve been notified, maybe not. Anyway...

Day seven: Confirmation that my card was charged.

Day twenty-five: My package is postmarked and en route.

Day thirty-five: The eagle landed.

So that’s quite a delay in time to ship after successful payment. But I suppose with all the CC/website problems they were pretty backed up.

That’s too bad you guys aren’t having any luck making contact.

Delivery is guaranteed though. I imagine everything is just taking longer due to the technical difficulties. I hope it all sorts out for anyone having trouble with their order. I truly think it'll work out for you guys, it just sucks about the length of time in limbo.

Thats fucking dope. Charles sent mine in a dimebag with a reeferman sticker on it. He knew i stored in them so it was killer for me. I was curious about the packs but i would rather him save them for someone who would keep them in the packs i need to store in dimebags or i would have a shoebox of packs

They made it, excellent! Thanks for letting us know. I thought five weeks was long but ten weeks is ridiculous. I'm happy for you that they finally made it.

Just curious to know if you registered when you ordered and then still did not receive updates on your order status, or did you not register?

How about you rizzed, any luck yet?
 
I registered before I placed the order. I got a notification that there was a problem with credit card orders and to contact them. This was Jan 29th. I tried the phone number first but it didn't work so I emailed. I got s reply within a few days but it was my only contact with the company. No follow up. According to the posted date of the package, the seeds were sent before I posted on this thread , so if they would have informed me they were coming I would have held off on the negativity of course. I was in the dark... I moved last month so the seeds were delivered to post office on the 20th of Feb and didn't make it to the new house until the 27th. The date sent on the package was Feb 11th, so 12 days after I was initially notified that my seeds may or may not be coming... All was a bummer and next time I'll order from a retailer to skip the hassle. I wanted the breeder to have all the money but seedbank will get half of the cash next time..I'm looking forward to ordering a bunch of RM gear in the future so Charles and fam will still end up with something at least.. I'm planting these two varietals today :)

The ten weeks delivery time is from the 13th, so it really took almost 3 months.. I could have been more persistent maybe and got better results, but I have tons of seeds already so didn't stress it too hard. They'll be a week behind most, but they're still going to make this round of planting so I'm happy now :)

I think your negativity was justified. Especially since you registered. When doing so you’re supposed to be able to track your order’s status.

Let’s hope they get a handle on things for the sake of future customers. I went direct because G-SUS wasn’t available through the banks.

That’s interesting about the currency trade... it must be that it was the customer’s responsibility at one point. When my card was successfully charged I received three emails. One for the purchase, one for the initiated trade, and one for successful trade. There was no action necessary on my part.

Hope you find some excellence in your kush. Please stop back in with some pics!

Oh, and I placed my order for your recommendation of Schnazz #2 (got Jack Pine as well). Cannot wait!

Hi Guys processing times are better now , we have been overwhelmed with orders we did not anticipate that being said we also had a higher % of Resends than normal , I guarantee Delivery my phone number FB are published , we do our best to get ordered out as fast as we can .

My Daughter who runs our shipping dept had a Grand baby through this period also we have hired more staff to keep up with orders , sorry that processing times were slow everything gets shipped we are aiming at 7 business days max .

Early on we had a real issue with PacSafe our barter currency service provider that allows us to except CC's we were a Beta site and we had a really hard time telling which orders were paid and those which were not all fixed now .
Folks the best way to communicate with me is Facebook I usually respond in 3-4 Hours or less .
Thanks I am confident you will love the genetics I worked really hard to breed the finest genetics possible I have lots of seeds so please have faith in the fact that I want the customers to get them as fast as possible .

The seeds sprouted and are doing well, so I'm happy. What is Tuna Kush ? I got it because there wasn't any info on the Reeferman site, and I felt like taking a fun gamble :) Now I must admit my curiosity.. Thanks
