OE will do fine without topping

P.S was gaining height once she got going, with no substance as I saw it

Where I'm at,boil my local tap water, and you are left with an amount of salts.
Never taken a ph reading
I think those salts,and,nutes in smaller dosages than what recommended,contribute to my girls healthy growth?
