I have just the strain - paradise seeds ice cream.

I’ve been chasing this buzz since I first smoked charras in Amsterdam when I was 17.

Ice creams lineage is ingemars ww x bubblegum, two 90s classics.

There is a big thread on it here:

I’ve heard that tolerance can build quickly with this strain but I only had a small amount so never found out.

I’ve got some in flower now :-]

Radio static to me means dissociative, especially when you mention Sensi Star. Had a pheno of Super Star, Delta-9's now discontinued version of Sensi Star, that truly was a strong dissociative. Didn't care for that type of feel. But, my recommendation would be Super Star (if you can find it), or the other recommendation of SS.

Edit: Not discontinued apparently, just not carried much.

To me, the terms "body high" vs "head high" or "indica" vs "sativa" are meaningless. But those are the descriptions that most go by. What I've found is that the THCV body buzz is generally linked to a blissful, euphoric, inspirational, motivating clear headed, day brightening effect. THCV is considered by many to be a stimulant. It is linked to a reduction of appetite as well. In my region, no strains come with these qualities. Everything for sale, whether labled 'indica' or 'sativa,' is all a bunch of couch-locking groggy weed. That's why 'head high' can be a confusing term. Because groggyness and euphoria are both sort of 'in the head.'
What landrace strains do you have that you can work with?

Yeah the terms are too subjective. I'm recounting a purely physical sensation throughout my body. All my nerve endings vibrating to the universal frequency. HAHA facetiousness aside.

I'm growing Mazar-Sharif, Kumaoni (both these from RSC) and then Cannabiogen Pakistan Chitral Kush and Ace Zamaldelica.

Haha, I'm sure I know egg-zaktly what you are describing. It is what I am constantly looking for! I smoked some mexican brickweed when I was a youngster and felt it throughout my body. It feels like electric stimulation. I beleive that it may be very healing and wouldn't be surprised if THCV were anti-cancer in some manner. Not saying that I know anything about that, but just a gut feeling. So, now I mostly want to focus my growing on landrace 'sativas.'

It sounds like you've got some great projects there!

Nice man yeah I believe we are talking about same thing!

Do you think it’s replicable or maybe a feeling you only get as a newbie smoker?

Did you get “High” first few times you smoked?

I havent ever got that feeling from smoking, that i remember.
But...
Eating cobbed and fermented buds have produced warm euphoric waves in forearms several times now. Extremely pleasurable, like real mdma but sadly only lasts twenty minutes or so. Durban, from canabiogen and golden tiger f1 from ace both did this for me at .25-.4 grams eaten. Smoking the same buds did not give happy arms feeling.
Interesting that they both have african genes as mentioned above.
Tom hill haze is expected to do the same thing and is being grownto be cobbed now for
exploration later this fall.

Good luck in your search.

Here is a labresult of a cannabinoid analysis of Sensi Star.
It looks like Sensi Star doesn't even have trace amounts of THCV.

Also here is a lab analysis of imported black Afghani hash. I had the same feeling as the Op after smoking half a gram of it. It also doesn't contain any THCV and is also surprisingly low in CBD.

I'm not sure that THCV is what causes this specific body sensation.

What both Sensi Star and Afghani black hash do have in common are rather high levels of the Linalool terpene. But that doesn't mean much either.

I think that our bodies build tolerances but some strains are more resistant to tolorance. This is, in part, linked to what many refer to as "ceiling" or "no ceiling." In my experience, Most commercial strains have a 'low ceiling.' This means you smoke say a few joints and you stop getting higher, once you reach a certain point. But a strain like Ciskei a landrace from southern africa you can smoke all day and just get lifted higher and higher and the electric body effect gets stronger and stronger. However if you smoke it everyday, you will likely gain some degree of tolorance. I think taking breaks from a strain is good and that you can lose a tolorance for a strain. The low ceiling strains sometimes cause a mild version of that electric feeling, but usually not the second time. A strain like Ciskei is not the type of weed that will incapacitate at all. It's more of a stimulant. I hope this explaination helps or makes sense.

Oh, and yes, I did get high the first times I smoked. But the very first time, I only took one puff and I was already drunk. But, I felt something!

Well, you may be right about it maybe not being due to THCV. There are many people who have concluded that THCV has no psycoactive effects. Still, many strongly disagree. But, I also think that we have a lot to learn about the endo cannabinoid system and the ways in which these cannabinoids (and perhaps terpenes) react and interact with our bodies and eachother.

The lab tests are interesting, but also lead to some further questions (which I don't know if I want to get into). I think that since we don't know for sure, it may be best to not focus on thcv as the reason, but instead, recognize that there maybe a corelation. I also think it might be worthwhile to experiment with high thcv strains and particularly african and latin american landraces. Regardless, I hope more people are able to experience this wonderful healing effect.
I strongly recomend Ciskei from Tropical Seed Co.

Also, I have also felt similar pleasant tingling at times when I've eaten cannabis cookies and things, but it is pretty much always in combination with a whole mess of other more incapacitating effects. I don't eat cannabis anymore because of this.

One strain that I like that is more of a downer is bubba kush. It gives me that feeling but a tolerance is usually quick to form.
