Yes, I wiped down the sides of the jar inside before I put it back. hehehe I actually cleaned up the jar before I stirred it up as well. Noticed I'd forgotten to do it last week when I pulled the jar down and after the photo.

i love rabbit, both wild and tame. damn fine eating, and following beagles is a blast. but you can starve with a belly full of rabbit, no fat to them. humans have to have fat/carbs to survive.
How is the garum doing?
I try to convince my wife since 20 years, to make garum in the old roman style.

I need a new incubation chamber because the hotplate I was using died...
So, I guessed and added additional salt for it to work at room temps, aaaaand I doubt it's going to end up well.
The tempeh incubator works great though. lol
