this time with Purple Zamal x Bangi Haze! The look, leaf shape, and flower structure are so far very Bangi Haze dominant, stretchier and slower flowering than straight BH, as expected, but with great hybrid vigor, indoor adaptability, and potentially a big producer.

How did the plant finish ? Glad she flowered with loud fruity terpenes.

Yes a new adventure begin with this one! seems to be a very strong genetic again, like the 2 Pangi's i'm running actually who are very vigourous too! will try to do my best with her

i think it's due to some temp excess, caused by the leds beeing too close from the tops for some few days 2/3 weeks ago. As the bottom buds had very lesser stretch. I didn't change the feeds keepin it between 1.2/1.4. The SPH i'm running next to her had that strech to but to a very lesser extent.Much respect

Unfortunately i don't have pure Zamal seeds from the old Zamal lines we preserve in clone form or used to develop our Zamal hybrids, we couldn't find sexually firm pure Zamal males, they were all hermies. Hopefully other interesting pure Zamal lines can still be found/collected in the future.
Good news are, we have collected several seed accessions from the 3 most important production areas in Madagascar, hopefully these will be involved in interesting future projects from that part of the world.

If you can find some of the Zamaldelica Breeders packs, the Zamal A line gave me a very interesting heavily Zamal leaning plant. It’d definitely be worth a run through as would the purple Zamal 75% line if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s very euphoric and up.OT:

The purple Zamal A5 also had several plants for me that were very different than every other A5 cross I’ve grown and were very Purple Zamal leaning. They have a very different feeling for me than any other plants I’ve grown. Extremely spacey and out of body feeling. Like, “who’s that weirdo standing over there staring at nothing? Oh, that’s me! How am I staring at me from across the room” boom, back in my own body for a bit.
That kinda stuff. Not sure if there’s still packs of those R&D seeds floating, but those were awesome!
So it’ll be a few more months before I start them, but I’m super stoked for the new Hashplant Haze x Malawi. Going to give a couple of them an outdoor run this year and see how they do.

Thanks for the hint. But can't find it in the EU rn. As I'm residing in county where it's not legal to import seeds from the US or outside of the EU it's not an option (until I find someone to import them and send them from within the EU...).
Yeah thought about inbreeding some of the Purple Zamal x Zamadelica to find something interesting.
But then I'll start my endeavor by gettin some Mango Carot, K1 Kalité Kizane & Mango Pepper from French Touch / Pure Zamal from ApeOrigin.
@dubi can you remember from which cultivar the Purple Zamal has been selected from (I know that were seeds from Gypsi Nirvana but did he mentioned anything?)?

Real gorilla might also have some, but I haven’t checked in with them in a while.

The Purple Zamal x A5 Haze are still listed on the ace website. I am currently testing the one I grew over the winter and harvested 8 weeks ago on 2/9, 88 days after first pistils appeared. There is a thread about this hybrid on here.
It is still evolving, but I can already say it is some of the most psychedelic weed I ever tried, if not the most. Taste/smell is good also, reminds me a little of Amnesia core cut. I have no experience with other A5 Haze hybrids.
