check oyt growell though if you already havent...its just .co.uk
they do various sizes of the frame material.., by lengths, the longest length being £6:75 for 1930mm. the not so great growshop by me(theres a good 1 and this 1) was selling one 2nd hand, I almost wet for it but thought, naaah....a decision i may regret if my workmanship is as shoddy as it looks, lol. Not really, its secure, and ready now as soon as the lights go in!...

ME too, thanks for the advice....and i've even convinced the missus to let me grow "Juat a couple" of plants...it's only for personal use as i don't plan on selling it...i've just downloaded the Highgrow v2 program to do a practice run so that might help me with nerves....plus i've seen the Mr Green thing on pot-tv...which was a BIG help...i think seeing somethiing like that really helps...plus i've just successfully cloned a basil plant..lol....based on that video.....top stuff.....can't smoke basil tho.. 
I think the best advice Ican gve you is to buy a good book on growing...dont get the cheapest one you can, but also the most expensiv onews might not be the best info or most up to date......I bought Mel thomas's european Cannabis cultivation...He is the guy who writes the growing article in weedworld on how to set up a grow.
a good book will be the best invesment you make!
wilkinsons is the greatest shop in existance!!!!! lol...i get all my smaller pots there now for the soil grows theyre soooo cheap!
youve already had a good idea buy doing a bit of practice on that Basil plant you mentioned... yiou may not be able to smoke it....but plants is plants is plants...if you get me, so it all adds up to the learning experience!
when you set up...if you buy any reflective mylar...tryand get the one with the white backing....that stuff is really good and a single layer is adequate! although Id add another layer to be on te safe side...maybe just some Black and white! Lots of peeps dont even use mylar at all, just the B&W. In a small spae that mylar wil make the most of your little lamp....
Most important thing apart from telling no-one and being dilliget with the care of them..is KEEP THE MISSUS SWEET!!! you would be devastated if shge hacked you buds up a week from harvest as revengre for an arguement, ..... Only joking mate, lol....she must be cool if shes agreeing to the grow!
youll be buzzing once u dump the dealer!!!
