No card details are ever saved or shared everything goes through a secure payment processor.

Can you send me the screenshot of what your talking about or your order confirmation etc

the order, (ultra early love f6 6reg seeds)
Its that:
I cant pay with libra just euro...asked if 43 is bit plus but dont know if its still enought. .. no answer so i sended euro
Then, immediately next day, i had sms from courier...
But...
1) sms come ...with link and package number... my ups cz ... but when i open there is a warning from.browser. first red point
2) after i open.link in another browser, there is a message that it needs another 0.48e to deliver... strange but ok i try it ...
3) after i write all i wait and bum warning sms from bank that the card is added to someones fitbit payment. this was moment i dont really understand whats going on there and the payment was working and going few minutes without progress...so i blocked the card for sure

I just dont understand why is it from delivery UPS another 0.48 euro...i have no answer from no one , delivery number is two times always disconected , emails just informative but nothing concrete so thayswhy im angry
I will be happy if someone can trigger that but its strange

I’d suggest the message was a scam one? There are a lot of scam texts/emails these days that ask for postage for a package- usually a small cash amount
Next day seems very quick to get a tracking number

yes but after few days came sms again and pretty same all...due to heightbla bla pay 0.48e due to height bla bla and im not gona pay it
This sucks so i want thatseedsor money back if you have shittu and fake courierits not my problem

As I said I would be very surprised if that was from rgs as I’ve had loads of seeds from them over the years, as have many members here

Right I’m afraid you’ve been scammed by one of these new email scams going around unfortunately, AND IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH US OR OUR COMPANY WHAT SO EVER ,

Looks like it coincided with your time of ordering from us so easily thinking was us or anyone else you may of ordered from that’s how these scams work because nearly everyone nowadays has something on route from a online order and that is what these scammers prey on ..

Anyway

1) we don’t use UPS so that is NOT US .

2 ) you paid by bank transfer so we do not have your credit card details on file like you mentioned previously.

3) here is your order confirmation that was sent out to you on 1st August , we received your payment on the 5th August and order was shipped out on the 5-6th DID YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ( if you did receive your order, you would’ve seen it was sent via Royal mail service)





So unfortunately it looks like you have clicked on a scam email and this has nothing to do with us. Please let me know if you received your order. Everything is sent tracked and signed because I’m away. I cannot check the tracking but I will be able to check the tracking Monday

Hi mate, yes we are having some troubles with emails at the minute. We are trying to get that back up and running. I did look at your order. It looks like it’s processing. I’m not sure why that hasn’t been sent out. I have chase that up with admin .
