Never. I do use water only the last couple weeks or so. I don't "flush" in the sense of flushing multiple pot volumes of water through my plants at the end of flower. IMO that's unecessary in an organic grow using PBP.
although i only used ferts 4-5 times throughout my grow, my schedule for them was one water with 1 tsp and next watering was pure h20, seems to like it, as they never saw any real burn or def.
I haven't been flushing much either. I've just been building it up until I see slight burn then just keeping it there. Towards the end I always have to back the nutes down. They always start to burn a little more then. That's why I asked about flushing.
I don't have a feeding schedule as such. I make up a decent soil so that early on they don't need much. I gave my oldest plant of the five girls a feed yesterday that was 2tsp of PBPro Grow amd 1/2 tsp Flower. I "phase" them into 100% flower formula over a couple weeks. Just depends on how the plant looks. SSH doesn't need a lot of feeding...or my last one didn't.
I try to keep EC under 1.3 or so (650PPM) no matter what.
You don't need to flush with organics IMO. I agree with BurnOne and others on that point. I just water the last weeks and try to get the plant to use up nutes it has stored in its leaves.
