Question about hermi plants

Hey ya'll, If you have a hermi plant and regular female plant next to each other, and the hermi plant polinates the regular female plant, will the regular female plant produce hermi genetic seeds or will the seeds be regular. I know if the hermi plant polinates itself it will be more than likely to have hermi seeds, but I'm not sure if a hermi polinates another straight female. Thanks

ps. I do wanna collect a couple seeds, but I don't want to get stuck with hermi seeds.

i think you should end up with seed that take after both parents so you will have some that hermi and some that dont

HERMIES: kill em all. 20 years ago I had to save a strain of astounding afghani that had only a hermie pollenator and found that(in this case anyway) the hermi prevalence skipped a generation. So 2 gens into saving this ghani I could never tell what would stay female all through the growing season. The strain was useless! Now, we have the advantage of having the more reliable proven seed houses around. Their strains seldom lean towards hermi-ism. You can of course beat up on a plant so hard that it'll go hermie on ya, but for the most part, modern, kickass hybrids and strains are very low hermaphrodite. My guess would be: kill the hermie now before any flowers open and find the best pollen you can get for that female. If you spend years breeding the hermi out you'll just be chasing your tail while you could have been hybridizing white widow with lifesaver... or bluemoonshine with black dom. Have also tried to just kill the male flowers so as to get bud off a hermi. Even picking male flowers off everyday some will get by you and pollenate your and your neibhors crop in a direction ya dont wanna go...

I wondered the same thing so i tried some seeds that had been hermie pollinated, both some from the offending ladyboy, and from the other surrounding plants it shagged, results....a fuckload more hermies from all directions, needless to say, Harry was not impressed....
