Question about cloning a week or so into flower.

So I got a couple plants from a guy that are incredibly rootbound and in pretty bad shape. So I repotted them but now the problem is they barely fit in my veg area and since they were lollipopped the vegetation is basicly above the lights.

My question is if I were to put them into my flower room now and let them recover in there would I be able to take a few cuts from them in like a week and then take clones and have them root in the normal amount of time?
