I was surprised to read this morning that she's still in jail with no bail. She did wave her right to a "speedy" trial though, but that means to me the prosecution that already has all their ducks in a row and watched her for a long time would just be able to hang her ass, before she could mount any defense at all. And in waving that right she can still plea down too but couldn't if she took it. She ain't dumb. So...of course she waved that shit.

All this whole thing means to me is that some schmuck saw that huge operation there and wasn't getting his cut so he got pissed. Money talks. Somebody please say the DEA isn't corrupt and I will say the Pope ain't Catholic either.

Anyway, her lawyer thinks she'll get bail and be out by next week, back being Mom to her 3 year old and teenage daughter.

I think its comical, every indoor bust where they find fans & scrubbers , they always describe it as "state of the art".

i laugh at that too. esp. on the evening news here in CO.
