Looking great esbe, deep purple stems are always attractive imho. I'd love to see some PT pollen sprinkled on one of your PA females.

beautiful guys, keep em coming plz!

heres some cuts from my best purpurea ticinensis male. the day i have to kill it will be a day of sorrow. the cuts are developing faster male pollensacks than the "fatherplant" in full soil. i will take pollen from these and make some controled pollination

Hi Esbe,

Love this thread! I'm glad you brought PT to our attention.
I have a question: What traits helped you select your PT male?

The main site for is at Swissseeds.ch.

Here's my attempt at translating the strain descriptions. If someone who understands german better than myself sees errors, please correct them.
-----------------

Swiss Sweet Mix A nice variety of selected swiss ornamental hemp varieties that can tolerate periodic rough climate and grow sites well. She is uncomplicated and resilient. Sweet Mix Swiss can be cultivated indoors as well as in the garden and regarding floralcy, color mix, scent and resilience against harmful criteria in continual selection. Influences of indica lines as well as sativa lines are present and find their positive impact.

The right variety: Swiss candy hemp!

Sweet Swiss Mix, because variety enriches life!

Double-Gum This strain grows at altitudes of 1200m or more. She has fat and large leaves that become very yellow at the end of flowering. The buds are creme colored with a subtle, enchanting scent.

Alpine Rocket She originates originally from the alps and the near-east. It is a vigorous breed and grows at altitudes of 1000 meters or more. She has mid sized leaves, that turn yellow to light orange at the end of flowering. The buds are pink in color. A strong smelling plant, whose good scent is simultaneously mellow (sweet/mild) and spicy. This hemp awakes the longing for distant journeys and dreams of lost paradise.

Jaga This variety grows well in our region. She has vigorous growth and is wind resistant, with small to mid-sized leaves. They turn orange to purple-red when flowering. The buds have a creme to light pink color and become pretty large. She emits a delicate, dreamy and spicey scent.

Lib Jade This variety prefers dry and warm soil. She has large, elongated and dark green leaves that reach for the sky. The leaves become purple-red at the end of the season, with an almost black stalk. The bud color goes from creme colored to pink. Libjade emits a strong pepper spice aroma.

The Skyflight is the result of long-term cross between indica and sativa varieties and also grows at high altitudes. She is ripe approximately in the second or third week of September.

Owl's Skunk - To achieve mold resistance for outdoor growing, a pure skunk was crossed with swiss genetics. Plant her between the beginning of May to end of June, ripe in the second week of September.

The Purpurea Ticinensis is a swiss red hemp strain. She is the result of eight years of selective breeding at 1300 meter elevation in the Tessinger mountains. Purpurea is an early blooming, red stemmed strain that turns completely purple-red in the cold. She grows anywhere and has no problems adapting. She is also resistant agains mold diseases. We are proud of the Purpurea Ticinensis, because she is an original swiss strain, and contains a low, natural amount of THC. She is suited as an ornamental plant or for essential oils because of her unbelievable scent.

Granflora is a pure F-1 hybrid. Her mother is a selected Afghani strain and the father is Purpurea Ticinensis. She gets the fat flowers from the mother. The father provided early blooming and adaptability. Like the Purpurea, she has a distinctive odor and blooms very early. Well suited as a decorative plant and for the prodcution of organic, essential oils.

Heaven is a top-notch strain that comes from our medicinal hemp research. she is a pure breed (F-1 Hybrid) and the product of a cross of an Afghan motherplant and a primarily sativa male. In the future, she could be sold as medicinal hemp because of her properties, she is presently only for sale as an ornamental plant.

Thank You Master. This PT female is very different . No purple stems, more potent, faster flowering.Another two phenotypes from the same seedpack are much more "standart" Purpurea´s. Here is friends growlog of these two another phenotypes.
