Just wanted to bump, and make sure my 50th post was in this thread. My intro to ICMag, and the reason I'm growing 3 different Owl's strains this summer. Thank you Felix, and Esbe for starting this thread. Purple Ticinensis, Heaven and a high elevation Skunk.

So, Out of my 8 Purple Ticinensis seeds, 5 are male. I feel good about and am plotting how and when to bud him out for some pollen.

I'll for sure be sprinkling some pollen on my nicest Outdoor PT ladies.

I'll take some pics when I get them outside to harden off a bit. It was snowing hard here yesterday.

So happy to be growing seeds this year from an Old Timer like Owl's Production. Thanks again Vision of Hemp.

So here's a few Pics of the Purple T's i've got going.

First, this is a couple of weeks ago, when first transplanted. This one is Purple Ticinensis #1

This next one is Purple Ticinensis #3

Here's Purple Ticinensis #1 as of 2 days ago. I just watered again, they are starting to move now!

This is what I got in the mail (envelope with the seeds)

I also have another Purple T. #8. I'll get a pic in a day or two. Also, I got mostly males out the pack, so I grew a few out in 12/12 and got some great pollen. Looking forward to doing some work in the fall with it.

I do have a thread that has all the Owl's Production I'm growing this year.

GL this Summer all!

Hey Purple Ticinensis fans here's a few shots of the Hoop House yesterday afternoon.

This first one is Purple T. # 3, in the middle, Owls' skunk on the far left. What can I say, the growth these days is intense.

Here's a shot of Heaven #2.

Here's a shot of Heaven #3, different from her sister for sure!

That's Mabel btw. She's too old to lay eggs anymore, but I use her for pest control. When I get up in the morning (Unwrap the Black Box) I feed and water the chickens, scoop Mabel out of the Coop, and put her in the HoopHouse for the day. She's a machine! Scratching around, disturbing the top layer of soil, flushing out anything that moves.

One of my Outdoor Cats (Lucy the Mouser) and Mabel had to come to an agreement as Lucy loves to sleep mid-day on the cool soil under the Plants. She's been sleeping there for years.

Here's to hoping everyone's WC team made it to the next round.

I'm foliar feeding with Brix Mix from PVGS, 2 Mornings a week is just blowing me away. It's the only fert I'm using, as the rest of the goodies went into the soil. You can check my albums, I think I labeled that particular one 'Soil amendments'

wow nice big plantz...those swiss gens are super!! i also grew pt this year...one is very sativa looking compare to the others!!

god bless the swiss for erbeeri, purp tric, and erdpurt.. some of the most beautiful strains. I used to be a huge double purple doja, black russian, etc.. fan until I saw these plants... I'm in love!

PS that afghan x erdpurt cross reminds me of the leaves on clockwork orange or grape krush. Very fat and BEAUTIFUUL. I NEED THAT ONE!

I finally found some of the last on hand a cannapot webshop. I had to send cash which I normally don't do. I wanted these so I did.
They said Felix is not making seed now and don't know when he will again. Don't know much more.

I don't know why they said Felix isn't making seeds anymore. I got mine from Visions of Hemp in Swiss and they were fresh seeds. That was in Feb. so, maybe he's just not putting out seed product in the summer. Prob. too busy with his OD. I'll get some pics tonight/tomorrow and post them for everyone.

Funny thing I'd like to share and get some feedback on. All three (3) of my PT females look VERY SATIVA, and my 2 Heavens look VERY INDICA. I was kind of expecting the exact opposite.

Going through the pics here on ICMAG in albums and posts, It looks like there are 3 pheno's of PT. I haven't seen any Heaven Pics, but maybe someone has one I don't know about.

Are P.T's predominantly Sativa across the board? They seem to have an even longer thinner leaf structure then the Four (4) Owl's Production Skunks I'm growing. The P.T's would be the tallest in the Hoophouse if I didn't tie them down.

Hope everything comes down in Sept. October is dirt cold here in Eastern Oregon.

I just went to Visions of Hemp and the ONLY Owl's Production seeds they have are 25 seed packs of Purple Ticinensis. If I could I would snap those babies up in a heart beat.

I got a good male and female selection of Heaven, SKunk and P.T. so I'll be straight pollinating across this summer. Maybe the P.N.W (Pacific North West) can carry some of the water.

Ok, I'll just throw this out their for the future. Oregon does have two dispenso's that I visit to donate to when I travel up to Portland. After this summer, closer to Christmas, I'll get out clones of the Purple Ticinensis to any one that wants them. Meet up at a Dispensary, show an example of Outdoor '10, and go from there.

I have 12 that are looking good, I'll be cloning, quick 12/12ing the clones for sex, and when I drop them outside I'll take a grip of clones in june to keep for when the summer crop comes down.

After Mothering the appropriate amount of time, I'll clone for others for next summer.

SO, cn't help you this summer, but remember this for the winter. At this point, I want to meet in a Dispensary, so I know you (whoever) has a valid medical grow, and isn't trying some shit.

Ok? That's pretty much all I can do for anyone. Just for the newly arrived, I got my originals from Switz via a brother in the UK. I live in the Cascade mountains and can sympathize with any all trying to squeeze out an outdoor grow.

peace

I did't think they shipped to the US.
Could be wrong.
Just e mailed them again.
I will be in Portland on the 6th of August for three days, visiting with my son.
Any chance of getting together for a chat?

Peace

Thanks DDuck. I feel even more blessed for getting these beans stateside. And I'll make sure to take/make plenty of clones/seeds for the general pop.

Can't wait to run the 'Heaven' Indoors this winter as well.

Hello Purple T. fans

I've got some Pics of the Hoophouse this morning.

Purple T. #1. This one seems to be the most well adjusted to my specific region. I'll probably be keying in on this lady for further breeding.

Purple T. #3. This plant is MASSIVE. Easily 7 ft x 6 ft. VERY Sativa in structure.

Purple T. #8. Finicky Plant. She's in 5.8 ph soil and really shows that she wants a higher ph. I'll be pollenating this plant to be used next year for broadcasting seeds in this highly acidic soil area. A little Tip for people, Juniper trees produce acidic soil (from the dropping berries) good for blueberry plants, not so much for Cannabis. Very Sativa in structure. That's an Owl's skunk in the Background.

Here's a shot of the right side of the HoopHouse.

Heavens look great too. IcTyq, Esbe thanks for the support and kind words trying my hand with these beans.

Peace
