Hey Joe -- lookin good so far. 0 stretch I am not surprised! My PI is taking so long to veg I am wondering if it is even going to be ready to flower in another 30 days.... it's like a mini tree but has made some progress since i finally transplanted it. Compared to everything else in my garden this thing just crawls along.... but it is worth it!

the purple indica was the very 1st named pot that actualy got me very very stoned, u know the kind of pot that feels like you are smoking hash or something? It's a very elusive girl tho, and continues to be so.

that's quite the setup joe, and you have it stuffed with pretty much the best stuff around, gotta love it!

I put a lot work into this room design. All the rows are on wheels and will push together if need be. I can finally pack them in and utilize all the light but yet have acess to each plant and the can be rotated accordingly. Next step is moduler netting for each row so I can still walk down each row but yet scrog or have the suppoert needed for certain strains.

I have a little leaf curl issue not sure if its to cold in the room or over watering, but they seem real healthy

Looks like a heavy yeilder for real PI, and does look dif than any shots i've seen of her..

It's likely a PI hybrid, or some other purple..

check out DHK's Zilla files for some shots of her.. Also, I believe IGT's gallery has got some PI pics in it.

I'm not saying it's not the one, jus looks quite dif from any pics i've seen, and descriptions I've read.

I have a feeling it's gonna be some killa product regardless..

was she super slow in veg?

Yeah the PI has a tiny yield. next to nothing. I could pull some veg pics but i dont know if they will help. thadocta has some shots I am sure.

I'm currenty growing what I strongly believe is purple indica. And it's only 3 generations from seed.

So a vietnam vet friend of mine got some seeds with some KILLER purple weed when he was in the war, and he canned them when he got back. Thirty years later, and his mother finds the can in an old storage container, and mails them to him. He tries to germinate all the seeds, gets ONE female, takes a buttload of clones and distributes them to his friends, and flowers the mom in a phototron.

Just like everyone here has said, it seems to have really small bud formations, HUGE jungle plant fan leaves, and no stretch at all. Almost every other plant in the table with the purple indicas are at least 8 inches taller after 2 weeks flowering.

Oh, and I could swear I read somewhere that purple indica is a viethamese landrace, but I could also be making that up.

What do you guys think? Could it be the real deal?
