when growing urkle the leaf's that get a ton of light turn purp....
shaded leaf's n lak of light stay green..




i have growen urkle a few time's
i also have yet to get purple in the buds like u have.
the only purp i have seen with the purple like u have is on grape ape witch what u have is not ape it dont get that dark. the other would be purple napal
i belive thats how u spell it & i think that might be what u have.
i cut this urkle at about 7 week's it should have gone at lest 1 more week
the yeild is high do to dence nug's very very tight!
but this plant dont reach for shit & it veg's the slowest i have eva seen.
3-6 inch's every 2-3 weeks its insane..
the cut i had i ended up losing i had to take my mom to a safe place same reason i hads to cut early but anyways the guy i had hold it for me took a few clones n flowered the plant i gave him and the clones ended up not rooting.... im sure i can come acrost it again...... tell then grape it is.
i cant wait to get a hold of the napal.... i have smoked a ton of it but have yet to grow it.....

i have also been told that what i had is not urkle from a fellow icmager.
who know's all i know is what i was told from a frind that gave it to me. & we both be in nor cal.....

im about 3 hrs east from humbolt i pay 700 a month to buy my place 2 bedroom 1 bath w/ 1 car grage.

rent on 3 bedrooms are any where from 800-1500... depinding on sqfootage

Bis_Me- GDP is Urkle x Big bud. There are so many different stories about the Urkle out here, that in all honesty I would just be guessing its actual lineage.

you can't even RENT a reasonable STUDIO in NYC or the surrounding areas for 700 a month, you're looking at 600-800 for a rat slum, 900-1100 for a nice studio in a reasonable area, 1k-1200 for a 1br apt. and it just gets worse from there...

i know where my next move is to tho... thx bro

420, finally found the Erkle I was lookin for at Hayward. They were pretty beat up but I got 2 cuts and I had to baby sit em for a couple weeks and they came around. Neemed off the mildew they came with and they are doing cool.

After reading all this who knows what it really is but the mystery adds a little suspense to the show...

the alleged erkle is the one in the small cup. Got another one but it's hiding behind the others.

I second that... sorry Smokey for the short high jack but ya brought up purple and showed us the tantalizing pics and it sparks up some interest no doubt

CJ, gonna take my time with em and make these 2 moms. Take some cuts off and flower those so it will be a while before I get to see what happens. I have seen only a couple inches in a couple weeks so that is consistent with the slow veg. description. Thanks for the tip bro!

cj..... the ape grow's just a lil faster then urkle & reachs out just a bet more in flower the nugs look the same other then color..
ape has a light green/purple colors ( purp in the bud )
urkle is more dark green/purp ( & the purp is on leafs )

ape is more fruity grape taste sweet & endless
urkle has a fruity taste that can only be said as "purp flava"
both taste like no other neva leave your mouth for hr's.

only thing i have to say is i have 3 mini colis full of ape
if i still had my urkle it would be 50/50 for sure!!!!!!

There is indeed a "purple snow" as I believe my buddy made it. It is Humboldt snow by Mendo purps if memory serves. Again, I may be wrong.

That's a very pretty pregnant lady you have got there of silver pearl lineage no less hmm very cool I got some silver pearl plants coming through soon it was my first taste of really high quality herb back a few years now and i decided to do a tribute grow just got my buddy growin the seeds as i have my hands full with sour bubble and kali mist from seed right now but i will get a clone from each plant and he also gets to enjoy the genetics.

OUTSTANDING photography smokey, the strain does indeed look nice im more concerned with the smell and taste of the buds you are posting, others have said a nose of "Nag Champa and Grapes" is present, this excites me to no end, i love a hazy smoke.

anyway, i hope u guys enjoy your purple pleasures, i have yet to taste any purple bud that made me want more, except once, and it was just "ok" and obviously just environmental induced.. here's a shot-
