Is there anything more confusing than trying to wrap you brains
around all of these "kushes"??? So far all I know is that I love Bubba K.
I've got the swerve PK... its not hype to me... it just kind of found
its way into a package I received... though now that I have this version,
I'm curious about the others... It will be some time before I'm able to even
run this cut though.

Ahah great thread...
IMO Urkle is waaay to head dominant in the high to be a true kush..
The best kush ive ever smoked was some random plant i inherited and couldnt get any info on..I knew it came from seed though.. It was some straight up super low yeilding landrace MoFo though.... Tasted like funky champagne socks.

Thanks for the replies fellas. She gives off an extremely strong, sweet grape/berry smell with an undertone I can't quite place my finger on. I was sent these cuts from a member here labeled Purple Urkle, Grandaddy Purple, and Stawberry Cough. Having never grown or smoked these before I really have no idea what I am working with other than to say I have no reason to not believe him as he has never given me any reason to and has been very generous having not requested any recompense.
The pics are of the GDP, but you guys throw around so many different names like his cut and his cut I'm really at a loss..................other than to say it is very tasty and heady.... a heavy feeder which grows strong stems and dense buds. Not the biggest buds mind you, but hard as a rock and therefore weigh as much as buds from different strains that are much larger.
Here's a pic of what it looks like when not pinched to created several stems. Not quite done but getting there.
She'll turn almost black when one gets it dialed in just right. Cooler temps help too as you all know.

I've looked up and down for Purple Urkle lineage and couldn't find anything definitive. Can anybody say weather or not there is some Kush in there?

a pk nuggie that went real long, stuff is amber and knocks me the fuck out. but ahhh i love it.
cavalley whats calis fav? the pk of course man been that way for 20+ years. well until this weak kush hype and ppl fiending for OG came to be.
theres no way pk is related to the urkle. something cant just go from being super potent to ultra weak.

They are different cuts, we use to grow the Ape 6-7 years ago but ended up letting it go after getting tired of it. We also get out a few seeds we found, found a male and crossed it to a no-name kush cut, my buddy still grows out a clone he found out of the seeds.Nspecta said:Who's spreadin' tha BS rumor that KK is responsible fer Grape Ape???

I've seen no difference 'tween Grape Ape & The Purple (Urple/Urkle) in three side by side grows thus far. Maybe I got tha wrong Grape Ape...but...then again it looks like every pic o' Grape Ape I've ever seen.
The only way I could really should you the difference is if I still had the plants, but none the less they are different. Also I never heard of KK being associated with the Ape until I came online so I highly doubt he had anything to do with it's creation.
Also the only PK worth anything is the true PK cut that can only be had from knowing someone within the triangle.
