Thanks for the encouragement guys. It was a very anxious situation, I mean, jail for herb is one of the most heinous crimes around. That is why I protect myself as much as possible and like to study these situations as much as possible. I posted this story so people can be protected. Get legal people. If you have a condition that may benefit from herb instead of a harmful pharmy, do it, get a reccomendation from your doctor. This country is too laid back when it comes to letting people abuse our rights, we need to be informed and stand up to people abusing their power and turning the country fasssssscist.

The cop smelled bongwater and tried to get me on his resume as a DUI bust just to enhance his bust history. I hope he was very angry and frustrated he gave me back my meds and my beautiful custom heady bubbler.


You're TOTALLY right in what you did... I advise for EVERYONE to SPEED,carry your stash AND gear...and FORGET fillin up the trunk w/gear..PUT it in the back seat!!! Sounds like the "way to do it" to me!!! I Never said I've always got tomorrow... had the same scenario w/my grandmother... still hurts 10years later.. I had a very similar situation this morning on the way to work. Fortunately for me it was a town cop cuz if it had been a statey I'd have been toast.

Dudeversion - It was classic, imagine the wonderful feeling of knowing you will be able to go home and get on with life while educating an ignorant pig. I bet you that cop is still dumbfounded and pissed off, trying to pick on patients, what a creep. I wish you were there in the passenger seat to laugh at him for me, it would have been that much more fun.

Budluver - Crazy shit huh, these pigs love to harass, encarcerate and collect cash from patients.
