I say most because I am assuming ... not having eaten all the chillies there are, but if you get them, slice them in half then scrape the white material (pith) and the seeds out, you will find the "skin" of the chilli is much more "eatable". Not so hot but some will be still a bit warm. The heat comes from the seeds and the pith.
I like to slice up my chilli's this way into really thin strips and sprinkle them on to my noodles. I have this awesome beef with basil and noodle dish I like eat in the summer. Its like a noodle salad thing.. .tasty. The chilli leaves just a warm glow on your lips and thats all... nice... enjoy it with a nice lager or a large iced drink.
