promix amd lucas formula questions

I'm running my plants in promix hp under a 400w mh using lucas formula. Ive been getting yellowing on the lower leaves of my plants, but all the new growth looks healthy. I've been watering down my nutes after mixing the 8ml micro and and 16ml bloom in a gallon of water to reach an ec of 1.6 and ph of 6.0 does it sound like I'm overfeeding or underfeeding them? the yellowed leaves have a crispy feel to them. The plants are about 4 weeks old btw

What is your feeding + watering schedule? I give feed... then water 2 or 3 times depending on what the plant looks like it need. I prefer to underfeed but lately i have pushed too hard on mine and since i backed off. new flower looks great but burns are there to stay.

I think your probably having nutrient lockout for such a low PH.. i dont know how to read PH tested run off. theres alot of posts about it. But if your having plants that start looking like they have CA and MG deficiencies.... I look at your ph 1st. I only make mine like 6.5- 6.8. I figure acid builds in the soil? please someone correct me if im wrong...

Got any pixs?

I feed twice then water once. I wait until the pots feel light to water usually every 3 days or so. I tried bumping up the ec to 1.8 and kept the ph at 6.0 seems to have improved things a fair bit. Just transplanted to bigger pots today, so we'll see how things go. I'll try to throw up a few pics later.

Try getting that PH up to 6.5 or so that might be causing some of the problem, and most people in soil go water/water/feed since the promix retains nutrients. One last thing is if your using micro and bloom you might as well buy the grow and run the GH schedule, its been working great for me. If your new growth has a nice deep green color I wouldn't worry too much, its not uncommon for some of the older fan leaves to yellow and die as the plant grows. Hopefully we can give you some more direct info when you get pics up later, good luck brotha
