i wonder if anyone else has noticed smaller buds using mylar compared to black/white plastic? i think im loosing more light now than i did before.. i think im going to get black white film instead of mylar for my future growroom in my house..

I have two news.....
first isn't so good at all. the CT/PTK got all Balls and i had to cut them down, no way to save them.....

But on the other side, i am really happy with the X18 / DC. Pics come the next days....
I 'm really anxious to hear your comment. They look so similar to the DC pics i know from IC.....

"blanco mate" is good im checking out this new product called diamond film wich is like a mylar with reflective pattern that difuses the light more.. its interesting

the main problem with mylar is to find a good suplier - since good quality mylar is expensive and the growshops around here buy cheap alternatives - this is the problem

a authentic thick light proof mylar should be as good as the black/white palstic or the white paint lets see what i go for in the end

incredibly nice nugs very very nice job marijunaut!

out standing indoor bud.. i must say its amongst the top

of all the growers buds ive tried ever - sitting rigth

next the other champions on the top shelf, and fitting in

perfectly.

first i got to say the Alibi nugs look as solid as our SSH

x PTK in looks

well over to the test





ALIBI

looks and feel

huge nugs, very very good calyx to leaf ratio, resin all

over the place, smells like heaven.. cant say anything bad

about it.. hehe maybe its too hard nugs and my grinder

might get crammed hehe lol


smell

mildly fruity and acidic when breaking up


taste

un-expectedly mild flavour and smooth smoke with this

massive resin-content. hints of fruityness and sweet.


effect

spaced-out head and floating body, nice high, potent


conclusion

has nothing at all to do with the cut i was keeping - this

one is a sure keeper - it fits along my all time faves

like SSH x PTK.. also got to say this bud seems to have

been cured for a long time

CASCADIA

looks and feel

typically sativa like bud, some fluffyness to it but just

in a typical manner, the resin content is high, and the

leaf to calyx ratio is good, although has slightly more

leaf than the ALIBI tested earlier today.


smell

sweet and fruity with some citric and mango hints but

above this when cutting up comes a skunkyness that is

really a pleaser for the nose


taste

very citric - great flavour, smooth and sweet. some

spicyness on the top of it all. like oranges and

grapefruit with cinnamon maybe..


effect

buzzing head and body high, potent and nice. a dreamy

high.


conclusion

the flavour just makes you take deeper and deeper puffs -

this is like candy! more flavourfull than my cut - but

more or less same pheno - although i think this one is

NICER. great smoke!

PTK

looks and feel

looks like nugs of PTK hehe solid centers with leafs

around crowning it up nice broad leafs and resinous.


smell

spicy and a bit skunky


taste

rich sweet smoke - a pleasure to inhale. some spicy and

fruity flavours


effect

relaxing and heavy on the body. some fluffyness in the

head but not too much. nice potency.


conclusion

a great smoke for relaxing, making music, or even to

meditate. i liked this one a lot - potency-wise this one

is a favorite. an oldschool flavour

LovePotion (this one has some root trouble and is not filling up like its fellow clones of same strain - anyway im gonna plant the rest of the seeds soon to look for a new mom since this one wasnt too resistant )

LDS (this clone is different also to its sister clones, its continuing to flower long after the others finished. they are all from the same clone - but this one is MUCH MUCH more fatter than the others of same pheno.. once again could be the other clones had root trouble ... anyway this one has a week or something to go before its done )

i think there is almost foxtailing tendencies here - could be stress since this one is very close to the light?.. anyway - it looks nice
