jagen is a jack flash pheno. (jack flash is i think jack herrer x super skunk x haze
it gets big but lacks alittle in resin and punch.
seems the cross we made with jagen x (sshxptkxptk) has changed that

been buzy working


a little while ago we realized we polinated the jaggen/ssh/ptk/ptk - at the same time as the ssh/lp, with pollen from the ssh/ptk/ssh/lp male. so basicly we done lots of seeds of one more cross that wasnt really planned - but since the female harboring the seeds is a REALLY GOOD smoke and yielder - we will keep seeds.

so we got now also to test this;

JAGGENxSSH/PTK/PTK X SSH/PTKxSSH/LP

at vends place we also got a few seeds of some in expected crosses more about that later

yesterday we had a heavy testing session with amnesia haze/ssh/ptk/ptk and here also we are surprised with the potency of several candidates. none tested has been bad smoke its all rushy sativa ish hazy highs. one pheno was put to reveg since the resin coverage is absolutelly crazy - and the nugs are rockhard. the fruity acidic flavour is a plus

the last jaggen x ssh/ptk/ptk of this round is a good yielder and vigorours also - but more tighter looking nugs than on the earlier keeper pheno. this one has a extreme sour fruity smell also. the resin coverage and leaf to calyx ratio is top class and im sure i will reveg this one too.

we are more and more stoked about the males we used in that round of crosses - and soon we will plant more of the original ssh/ptk/ptk seeds to use more similar males to make more of some crosses we liked the SSH/PTK influence is strong in ALL crosses. propably because PTK dominates in the ssh/ptk and when crossed to the ptk it got stabilized - since how ever you look at it its almost a recurrent backcross. and this is why the males are giving so good results.

WE WILL continue to crossto PTK dominant crosses to see what happens

we have now in our hands a WHOLE LOT (THANKS MATE!) of the ALLSTARSx ptk = (x18 x dc / ptk) X PTK and soon enough we will plant for looking for males of this....


also i got to say we have a lot of JAGGEN x PTK also on the way and its going to be fun to see how this hybrid is going to get. we wonder if the resin coverage will be similar to the jaggen x ssh/ptk/ptk, etc... but also we expect some seriouos differences because of the missing SSH in the equation. the SSH is a trusted potency enhacer this far - since everything we have crossed the ssh/ptk/ptk males to have worked out to be from very good to excellent.

if the jaggen PTK turns out to be the expected VERY PTK influenced hybrid we want (since jaggen we realized is not too dominant in questions of high nor flavour), we expect it to become a fast growing big nugged PTK's ish plant

the test session was funny
the jagen x ssh x ptk x ptk was the bomb.

after hard bonign of the jagen x ssh x ptk xptk i was so trashed and we tryed the amneziahazes x ssh x ptk x ptk and it just woke me up and the drive when like a dream

we didnt have any expectations about the amnezia haze at all but one of the phenos taste so damn good it was just a big suprice when we burned one and it taste so diffrent to the other phenos.

been doing some changes in the growroom the last days so im gonna get a charger for my cam tomorrow and i start posting.

first pic is sweet and sour diesel and the cola is ssh x ptk i think,
that harwest was in february.

yeah man that was a nice harvest part indoor and part outdoor grown

the jaggen ssh/ptk/ptk that is left flowering looks this far the most ssh/ptk influenced, in questions of bud shape and resin. the smell is different and not too easy to spot yet - but its fruity and skunky

the last amnesia haze - the big nug one is looking better each day - it has a lot of amnesia haze influence, but the structure is from PTK, and the calyx size too. also the resin gland size is bigger, but anoyingly enough this one has same problem as amnesia haze - its foxtailing and producing too much leaf imho. also the flowering time is longer on this pheno than the others its not bad smoke we found out from testers.. hehe so afterall it might be a keeper for the big kolas after all

i was just picking some seeds from the amnesia haze x ssh/ptk/ptk big budded keeper. i know now its for reveg too.

the jackherrer/corrinto/destroyer(meaothai dom male) x PTK is still going for it. i cant believe the amount of resin this girl is producing. the test nugs are a very nice smoke far smoother than it looks like...

we decided to continue the ssh/ptk x ssh/lp project at vends place - and we have started moving over plants i got work atm and its taking up precious time from the plants - and like this i get lets stress

we are looking forward to see what comes out we want to make more ssh/ptk x ssh/ptk/ssh/lp and what ever more that comes out

the smell of the jagen sshx ptk xptk is sourfruity with skunky undertones.
the beenie man also have somewhat of a fruit aroma. very strong.
