That is a bad case of PM (powdery mildew). Go get some Serenade pronto! I would then look into aquiring a sulfur burner to contain the problem in the room. You definately can halt the issue if you are still in veg....but if this is happening during flower, I would abandan ship, tear down, clean, paint and then run a sulfur burner for 2 weeks off and on. It your intake is from the outside, filter your air coming in and treat all surrounding plants near the intake with Serenade or the old fashion copper based spray. It really is easy to controller this aspect of the environment.....just do not be lazy like I have in the past. Powdery Mildew is not that bad if handled correctly.

powder mildew is not something to fool around with just like bund said. go to your local grow shop they should have something to help. if you have probs with humidity try getting a humidity machine(not sure what their called) my boy has one ill find out the name for you. it has controls to set your humidity at what you want. expensive though like 400$$ but its totally worth it though.

ARRGGGGGGGh. Bro stop saying its not PM. You sound 12 years old.
You're in da Nile.

Case study -
I knew a setup that had 30 percent humidity and temps hovered around 75-85 degrees F at any point of time. Guy had it just like you, his plants were constantly attacked.
He battled through flower with neem, serenade, etc... and sure enough, within a week, shit would be back hard as hell just like the pic above. This was all indoors. Soil was not too wet, fans blowing etc. What could be his problem?

Well, you know when he found his problem? When he cleared all the shit out of the room and found that the carpet beneath all the layers of plastic and shit was wet. In other words, the cancer was showing up on the surface, but the root of the problem was out of sight and no amount of shit in the air was gonna stop it. No matter how much product he doused on his plants, there was a much serious problem elsewhere.

People here are no novices, and I'd heed their advice, braw.
Check around for the cause of the problem - wet soil, wet carpet, wet floor, dipping temps in the off cycle, who knows what's lurking. Maybe more photos will help...

Just my 2 cents...

do no one know what this is, because ive never heard of mildew forming at 20-27c and 25% humidity?

Imo you wont hear PM as it tends to form rather quietly.

that is not PM its Downy Mildew...my advice is turn off all fans as that just spreads it more...sererade doesnt work either as you need a copper based product.

Not to be confused with Downey Mildew.
