I'm writing to you on your online space because your sales department does not answer my questions and you lately neither. You may have a computer problem. So I do not know where to write and hope you'll answer me.
You have a reputation as a good breeder on some varieties. Your seeds are among the most expensive too. Now my experience of customer is that your sales department is not great. You can ask Alchi ..., Seedsm .., San..., I made about twenty orders from them for 20 times what I bought you and never claim.
So my little problems with you :
- I ordered seeds for 100 euros and waited for 38 days instead of 15. Nobody knows where it is. Your carrier has not seen my mailbox and did not deliver the package.
- the package is lost for a month and you don't know when it arrive to you
- your sales department says it's not his fault and it's not in his hands. He tells me to wait for the parcel to come back, whereas for a month he does not know where he is, and how he is stored, or when he arrives at your place to send me another time. And this is your problem not mine to have to wait.
- I tell him that I refuse stored seeds I do not know where for a month. Each seed costs 10 euros (which is not nothing) and to be reimbursed if they do not germinate it's more complicated while there, we see that it's not my fault. If you are so confident about the germination of your seeds, you could very well send me seeds instead of losing me a month of growth, and still try to sell them. I asked you and as we can see below in the history of mails (if you need I show the emails) you have neither responded to my request, nor explained if you don't agree and why. You just have not answered three times
- on the other hand, the same day when I used my professional email to ask you for information to buy seeds you answered
- finally, I lost a month of growth as already said. I am an individual but even on my scale the loss is huge.
History of mails:
- Oct 29: ordered and paid
- Oct 30: sent from you
- Nov. 7: I inform you of the error of the postman.
- Nov 7: you answer that you will tell me when the parcel will come back (there already you knew that the seeds would take three weeks of travel and not 15. It's not what I bought you. you should have sent new seeds at this date)
- Nov. 15: I ask for news of the seeds and what will happen if they do not germinate since poorly stored longer than what was sold.
- Nov. 15: You say it's weird and wait a week otherwise you will make a claim. No answer to the interesting question about non-germination in case of bad storage or when the deadline is exceeded (all this has been avoided)
- Nov. 15: I tell you that the seeds are poorly stored for 15 days and they will take 15 days more. I ask you to send me new seeds or give me back my money. Here it is summary but I was very cool. There are some who would have spoken poorly but I did the opposite in fact. I was cool to be cool with me.
- Nov. 17: they were wrong. This time he tells me to wait until Nov 30 and not Nov 22 as stated in the mail of 15. No answer to my questions either. I call it avoid and disrespect because my money you had it in your pockets for 18 days.
- Nov. 17: I write that I do not agree to wait until they arrive at the end of the month at home. To take one to two more weeks that would take them from 5 to 6 weeks at your carrier. I asked again for new seeds or my money. Keep up with your carrier and your old seeds, if you are so confident that you want to sell them to me.
- Nov 18: You answer that you are responsible for your mail in Spain but not in France. That if the problem happens in France you do not pay back. You have to wait until Nov 30 to ask the carrier and you will send me new seeds. So if it had been in Spain you would have sent me seeds? Why wait if you send me new seeds? To actually send me old ones? It stinks of the lie your thing!
Moreover it is not written in the conditions of sale otherwise I would not have bought them to you but to other resellers, who offer more guarantees like Alchim.. (I printed your conditions of sale on the date of sale if you want them)
- Nov. 18: I write that it is your carrier and your responsibility. Seeds 6 weeks out instead of 2 it's no. I get angry and say for the second time that if you do not give me my money or send me new seeds I will file a complaint. NO ANSWER AGAIN. Yet on November 19 you answer for an email that wants to buy you seeds.
- Nov 21: I show you your terms of sale and shows you that you break your own rules. The same that led me to buy you seeds. NO ANSWER TO.
- Dec 2: I'm writing to see if you have any news
- Dec 2 : no news because you tell me "it looks like the package comes home" I know it since a month
- Dec 2: I explain that seeds that will take six weeks of travel instead of 2 I do not want. I ask you for the third time, new seeds or my money, as well as seeds to make up for the month late. Still no answer. So it's been three times that I can not get my money back and I have no answer. True or false Dubi?

Moreover also a bonus, for the double of the material and the double of the risk that I will have to assume would be welcome. I call it damages for the sole reason of not having answered three times when I ask you to pay me back (I call it take my monney in hostage without explanations during a month) or not to leave me in shit because of your carrier.
