ec 1.0 is low, unless the plants are still very young it is no where near enough. i start my clones with ec 1.0 also worth remembering is that canna coco A+B is made to be used with tap water, it relies on some calcium in the water as well as trace elements. ec 0.250 is no big deal in your tap water. pure ro and canna coco a+b are not perfectly balanced, where as tap water and canna are perfectly balanced as long as the tap ec is not over 0.4, your 0.25 is really pretty damn good.
but to really help you you need to take pics of the whole plants, it's not much help to see a bunch of dead and dieing leaves, without seeing how big the plant is and how much healthy leaf it has what the healthy part looks like etc.
not flushing your plagron coco might be the problem. do a ec reading on the return. if it's crazy high you need to do a big flush with plain tap water at ph 5.8
