Ok the frame was easy enough to put togetther.
but the canvass--holy shit what a bitch it too fucking tight!
I can't get one side to zip close, everything is nice and square,
but i got like 4-6 inch space between the top part and the bottom(floor)
zippers
anybody else have a problem putting the canvas on ?
is it suppose to be that tight?

I can get it almost all the way around, but when i come to getting the zipper
around the front left pole (#1) theres just too much of a gap, between the
top and floor teeth of the zipper I can't get around. it.
The other side (#4) is just fine.
any suggestions?
should I take it off and re-position the canvass?
Like I said it's all square

man i had the same issues with the XL, and how engrish are those instructions? haha

Take a look really close because i bet you are using top poles as side poles or side poles as bottom poles.. I think that was one of the many troubles i ran in to.. but once you figure out how it goes together it will become one of the best investments you make in gear.. the XL i have is sturdy like a rock and can be broken down and reassembled quickly if the need should ever arise. Also the material its made out of.. AWSOME!

- take a deep breath and retrace your assembly.. i had to try doing it the way i thought was wrong to find the right way

i luckily had no problems getting mine together except for me being a retard not reading the directions trying to put the removable bottom on the frame insteaqd of just laying it in when its fully assembled. but stevr59 is right any material leather etc is alot easir to work with when its warm. just keep tryin its defintly worth it my hut has to be my best grow investment yet.

mine in action

I tore it!!
I reassembled the whole thing and tried to zip it and it tore!
the guy at the hydro store is soooo cool he said just bring it
back and they'll swap me a new one! plus i threw out the receipt.
How cool is that.

Yeah this time i'll lay it out in the sun for a bit.
How long should i keep it in the sun???
black side up I suppose?

i've never had any problem with my hut...and after working with several, i can say the error was probably user end, although not really your fault iykwim, because the directions suck ass...definitely try out the sun suggestion if the next one seems tight as well...the effort is well worth it, these huts are amazing.

what I did is lay out the bottom of the hut and put that together first even though directions say to start with the top.once the bottom was in it went together without a problem. best investment for growing I have made yet
