Rented space in a 100yr old baby food factory. Original water mains provided the worst quality tap water. Took a min to figure it out, ph wouldn't lower the h2o was so mineralized

You can use tyvek suits but I warn you that they're hot & miserable

Winner winner chicken dinner. Add to that, working in a room you've sealed with plastic. Good way to sweat off a hangover though.

Generally best to leave asbestos be. Spraying water will help control it while working, but again, I'd let it lie. At best, spray it gently, wrap in plastic and leave it. I've worked remediation before, and even with proper procedure it can be a bitch to clean some buildings. Drywall mud and heat shielding (boiler rooms, pipe castings) are tricky, while you could get a monkey to remove floor tiles or the like.

I believe Bin is a pigmented shellac and Kilz original is a oil based primer. Kilz is very good stuff for this application.Rent a paint sprayer and go to town.
I use bleach and water to clean too. Bleach and Kilz are cheap too.

Kilz primer IS pigmented shellac.

You may well be right. Never read the label on either the oil or water based stuff. I've used a lot of both after stripping a lot of walls & ceilings back to bare plaster in my pocket Victorian. The spray shellac thing is something I picked up somewhere that really helps on problem areas. Dunno why, I just know that it works & that it's easy.

Cosmetics aren't as important in a commercial grow space, I suspect. I just put it out there thinking it might help somebody at some point.
