Also ditch the bags. Light will be hard to penetrate through bags. I don't recommend doing that at all. How low is your humidity exactly? I've seen plants do fine in 20% humidity, and that's pretty dry. I wouldn't worry too much. Let your soil dry out before you water again. Judge how heavy it is when wet and then when dry, so you know.
ibjamming is right, use CFLs to start your seedlings. You can veg under CFLs entirely, or switch to HPS about 2 weeks in. ibjamming, I wouldn't use those clear Solo cups. Light could harm the roots and stunt your growth. I recommend the red Dixie 'beer' cups just as a precautionary, even if the CFLs won't penetrate that deep. Either way, looking good, friends.
