again depends on the state and even then, what area of the state. Most places a P.O. whether your on probation or parole has the right to search and seize and some can take you into custody, don't need the po-po for that.
Even if your in a strict state if you live in a major metro type of city most Po's are swamped with case loads and can't cover everyone 100%, but those in the suburbans usually have less cases.
Either way if your dirty I would stay away from her completely. Never know if she is under investigation. All she has to do is bump heads or rub the PO the wrong way and she can become history

Felony probation?! Man she is dedicated/dumb aint she to be on felony probation and still with her actions saying fuck the police. Not the brightest bulb and already being on felony probation I'd say not the best of luck either. I'd agree with the people that say stay away from her. Besides what kinda "friend would think you'd pinch, also makes me question you! lol

Best thing to do on probation, is to be totally complient. Marijuana and shrooms arent going anywhere and will always be there for you when you're able to have them without the EXTRA shit you may get from being on probation.

says who? not in my experience and also others in cali, they can't controll your medications. It also helps if you have a legititmate reason for having mmj incase you have to go back to court. Where are you if you don't mind me asking?

Here is the good, and the bad of it--
When you agree to probation, you sign away your Rights-- The can search any time, for any reason--
Since it is not your house tho, they can only search in the area you live in, like your bedroom--

I think the only right probationers sign away is I think the 5th ammendment? which means your PO can search you/house when they want.

Im on probation and If cops show up at my house I dont plan on consenting to any searchs untill my PO shows up.

I believe I still have the right to remain silent/not answer any questions to cops w/o a lawyer present.

Yes it does--

As a California medical cannabis patient, in order to be able to medicate while on probation, you should present a copy of your recommendation and print out a copy of People v. Tilehkooh for your probation officer to include in your file.

You can explain to your Probation Officer that this case states that medical marijuana patients who were not convicted of marijuana related charges should be permitted to possess, transport, and cultivate their medicine while on probation. If possible, try to create a written agreement with your Probation Officer.
If your Probation Officer refuses to accept your documentation, ask the Public Defender you had for your original offense to request a Probation Condition Modification Hearing. When you appear before a judge, present your recommendation with a copy of People v. Tilehkooh, and ask the judge for an affirmative order to be able to medicate.
As a medical cannabis patient on parole, all you need to legally be able to medicate is a State issued ID card from your county. Copy both sides of the card and give this to your Parole Officer to place in your file, along with a printed copy of the California Parole Policy.
According to this policy [CA Parole Policy regarding prop 215 and senate bill 420],

"Parolees who qualify to obtain a medical marijuana identification card to possess a prescribed amount of marijuana for medical purposes shall ensure that their assigned Parole Agent receives a copy of the identification card for placement in the parolee's field file prior to the parolee obtaining possession of the marijuana. The parolee . . . will not be subject to substance testing for marijuana while under the parole custody and supervision of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation."

from my probation officer. i got 11months left. also hed me to go to court and i was for 4 months but my jugde just gave me the run around. he deosnt like the fact that poeple can use medical mj for any reason and his wife is head of probation over here and he was the district attorney. i even gave him a writtin letter from my recomendation and i showd him my recommendation and i had i showd him i regestered with the state medical card,
