this seems along the same lines as the oakland thing and isn't that on the back burner since the feds have been sending letters telling them they would go after them. I guess we will see what happens.

EXACTLY - expect to see the Feds sending their city council or city attorney a very pointed letter how this can land them all in jail, that's what happened in Oakland and it made me laugh how fast that city council backed down from moving forward with huge commercial grows allowed in Oakland to help their diminishing revenue streams and deficits.

Well we have seen the pheds phlexing their muscle against individuals in several states. It will be interesting to see what happens when they try to flex on the state itself if something like this happens. Better yet, if one of the few states with full legalization on the table actually pass it.
