well a friend of mine jacked it from the hospital while he was there and i got it from him today after seeing the contraption they had made to smoke from a bowl....it was all taped up to be airtight....
but anyway it came with the airline with this weird connector at the end which i added tape to to make it wide enough to fit in the mouthpiece of one of my small bongs.
the actual mouthpiece/mask seems to be a generic one for a nebulizer or something which has a great carb for a blast of freah air after a nice rip. (the airline connects to a very small piece on the side of said "carb". and i had to hot glue the other holes on the mask to make it full air tight.
it really rips hard, i took a few rips off it while leaving it strapped in place on my head and i was blasted to the core.

its kind of hard to explain but, there is a airline connector on the carb piece which you cover with your thumb, this piece is integrated to the mask. after the carb is covered all airflow is coming through the bong so you just pull the bong as long as you like releasing the carb whenever you want for a blast of fresh air...since the mask pulls a little slowly the blast of fresh air is very nice after a long rip.

Well, that sure is fantastic and you are truely fortunate to have such a fun device! Please, take a rip for me!! Meanwhile, I'm about to indulge myself in some fresh bubble hash, freshly sieved keefe hash and maybe a drip-drop of oil....have a lovely day! 
So I got a replacement for my bong, but I can't find the cord for the camera. My friend wanted me to draw a picture for him in paint last night, so I'll show everyone here too. I think it's a pretty accurate rendition. Works like a dream!
I keep a bowl of marbles in the freezer, and fill up the main tube with them whenever we smoke, instead of ice. I figure they're better for several reasons. They don't melt, they get cold a lot faster than water freezes, there's a lot more surface area to cool the smoke, and there's a lot more nooks and crannies and paths for the smoke to flow, acting as a diffuser from the time the smoke is created until you inhale it. We like it.
